1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1.1. “Site Administration” – employees who are authorized to manage the site and act on its behalf, to organize and (or) process personal data, and also determine the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’).
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (transaction) or a set of actions (transactions) performed with software or without in reference with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Protection of personal data” is an obligation of the Administration of the site. We comply with the current legislation and the GDPR Data Privacy Regulation and do not share any personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or without legal reason.
1.1.5. “Site User (hereinafter referred to as the User)” is a person who has access to the site through the Internet and uses this site for his/her own purposes.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.2. The Site Administration is obliged:

7. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not responsible if the confidential information was:
7.2.1. Public before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Received from a third party before the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Obtained by third parties through unauthorized access.
7.2.4. Disclosed with the consent of the User.
7.3. The user is responsible for the legality, correctness and accuracy of the provided Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Beforebringing matters to the court relating to the dispute arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, a proposal (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute) should be made.
8.2. Theparty notifies the claimant in writing of the results of response to the claim within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim.
8.3. If an resolution is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the judicial authority in accordance with applicable law.
